Any kind of business relationship between a customer and
GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) via GRAND CASHMERE online shopping
interface on www.grand-cashmere.com website is subjected
to the present general terms and conditions as exposed
at the time of the transaction.
Article 1 - Prices
Prices shown on the web are in Euro and shall be understood
with value added tax (VAT) and all taxes included. However,
packing (for gifts) and delivery are subject to additional,
separate charges. We shall not accept any other currency
than Euro. GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) reserves the right to
modify prices at any time. However, any product already
ordered remains chargeable at the price specified on ordering
and stated on the order confirmation.
All goods remain the property of GRAND CASHMERE (SARL)
until payment is received in full.
Article 2 - Order
The order is considered firm and definitive only after
being explicitly validated by GRAND CASHMERE (SARL). Placing
an order implies unconditional and unrestricted acceptance
of these general terms and conditions. GRAND CASHMERE
reserves the right to refuse any order from any customer
at any time at its own discretion.
Binding information are usually delivered to customers
along with ordered goods. GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) reserves
the right to refuse and cancel any order from a customer
previously involved in non-payment.
Article 3 - Validation
The customer shall acknowledge and accept the present
general terms and conditions before placing an order.
Therefore the validation of nyl order implies unconditional
and unrestricted acceptance of these general terms and
conditions.
Except in case of refutation, all data registered by GRAND
CASHMERE (SARL) constitute evidence for all transactions
made by customers with GRAND CASHMERE (SARL).
We reserve the right to refuse any purchase. Our contract
with our insurance partner enables us to validate every
single order placed on our website and to filter fraudulent
transactions.
Article 4 - Availability
In case part or all of an order turned out to be unavailable,
GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) will issue part or full refund accordingly,
either to the customer's credit card or in the form of
a bank cheque, within 30 days from effective payment by
the customer.
Article 5 - Your Grand Cashmere account
When you first place an order with Grand-cashmere, a personal
account is created for you. Your account will contain
all your purchases by date, as well as all your penal
details that you can access and modify at any time. Managing
your account is of course free of charge. You may request
from us, at any time, any information regarding the status
of your account. Please note that your personal banking
information is not stored in any way.
Article 6 - Terms of Payment
Various means of payment are made available to Internet
users: Visa card, Mastercard or American Express card.
All transactions are secured and shall only be achieved
through our banking partner's website. We have absolutely
no access to those private banking information. We are
only entitled to receive a confirmation of payment from
the Bank.
Article 7 - Delivery Terms
• Dlivery Area: we deliver to Europe(1), Switzerland,
Canada, Norway, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Iceland, Faroe
Islands, Monaco, Azores.
• Delivery methods: we usually use postal services.
Please refer to our website to select your preferred delivery
method.
• Delivery time: orders are generally shipped out
within 1 to 10 working days after full payment, depending
on the destination country and the delivery method selected.
If an item is missing in our stock, GRAND CASHMERE (SARL)
shall inform the customer by email or telephone.
• Delivery costs: they may vary according to the
delivery method selected and especially according to the
destination country. Certain delivery methods include
a tracking service.
• Minimum charge: there is no minimum amount of
purchase be eligible to delivery.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery,
a non-delivery notice will be left in the mailbox of that
customer stating when and where to collect the order.
The delivery shall be considered as achieved on first
attempt even if the customer is not present. GRAND CASHMERE
(SARL) disclaims all responsibility if goods cannot be
delivered at all or on the estimated delivery date due
to an event of force major or any exceptional event (Act
of God, epidemic, strike, etc.)
Article 8 - Satisfied or Refunded
As an online customer of GRAND CASHMERE (SARL), you are
entitled to return or exchange. If a model does not match
your expectations, you may return the item within a maximum
of 7 days. You shall have previously submitted to us a
return request (template available on our website) in
order to receive a return agreement from us. However,
in case of return, shipping cost remains chargeable to
the customer.
Customers shall inspect goods on delivery and report any
defect or mistake in the content of the delivery immediately.
We reserve the possibility that presentations and colours
may vary. We shall not be entitled to any compensation
relative to 'illustrations, prices or text that may contain
errors. We thank you for your understanding. Returned
items shall be refused if incomplete, soiled or damaged
by the customer.
Please note that no refund or exchange shall be accepted
for custom tailored items.
Article 9 - Warranty
All our products are warranted free of latent defect.
Article 10 - Formal Notice
In case of formal notice for non-payment, GRAND CASHMERE
(SARL) is entitled to 5%-per-year moratory interests.
GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) shall also be entitled to a compensation
from the customer in case of higher and duly established
damages caused by that customer to the company.
Article 11 - Security / Data Protection
GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) is highly focused on customer privacy
through data transfer security and optimal personal data
protection. GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) has therefore taken
the following measures::
11.1 Data retention
GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) only keeps customer information
as long as required by contractual transactions with the
customer. Email addresses and personal data are handled
as confidential and shall therefore never be communicated
to third-party.
11.2 Security measures
while shopping on GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) website, all passwords
are encrypted using the MD5 algorithm that constitutes
the technical standard applied to Internet data handling.
All banking information conveyed by the customer to our
partner are being SSL-encrypted.

Article 13 - Intellectual Property
All text, notes, illustrations and pictures on GRAND CASHMERE
(SARL) website are subject to worldwide copyright and
other intellectual property rights.
Reproducing, distributing or reposting these materials
to other websites is strictly forbidden by GRAND CASHMERE
(SARL).
The same materials may be copied for private use only,
if not stated otherwise in the terms of intellectual property
legislation.
Grand-cashmere.com and grand-cashmere.fr Internet domain
names are the property of Grand Cashmere. Grand Cashmere
is a registered trademark.
Article 14 - Responsability
Our products are compliant with the standards prevailing
according to French laws. GRAND CASHMERE (SARL) responsibility
shall not be committed in case of different standards
defined by the laws of the destination country when the
product is not delivered to France (e.g. forbidden currency).
Contacting the local authorities of the delivered country
in order to check whether importing or using our products
or services is authorized or not, is incumbent upon the
customer.
Our pictures are not contractual. They are posted for
reference only. Please refer to the descriptions of each
product for any detailed information about it. If in doubt,
please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Article 15– Discounts - sales excepted
Discount references and gift vouchers are the sole property
of and under the responsibility of GRAND CASHMERE (SARL).
All codes supplied to the customers are encrypted in our
systems, so that we shall be available to supply the same
code to you in case of malfunction. If you match our eligibility
criteria we will be pleased to communicate a new code
to you without extra charge.
Such a clause applies to gift vouchers as well, with restrictions
though. If a gift voucher reference were not accepted
by our system, we may send you a new one for the same
amount only after investigtion. If the latter reveals
that the same voucher reference was already used, without
your knowledge or fraudulently, we shall not be bound
to compensate you.
It is the customers responsibility to store their gift
vouchers in a safe place away from any danger or witness
in order to preserve the validity of the confidential
reference reported on them. In case a voucher has been
lost, please contact us for the reference to be blocked
immediately, so that we can provide you with a new one
if it has not been used in the meantime.
Article 16 - Litigation - Applicable Law
The present contract is governed by French laws.
The original language of the present contract is French.
Should any dispute arise from the implementation of its
interpretation, or from consequences of termination of
contract, the litigation will be submitted to the competent
French jurisdiction, in this case: Le Tribunal de Commerce
de REIMS (France).
