You might happen to use discount vouchers or numbers. There
are many of them available on our partners' website. Vouchers
are also sent every
year to regular customers for
their loyalty. Amounts may vary: 5% 15% 50%...
Of course we will control vouchers circulation and utilization.
There are 3 types of discount vouchers:
- limited vouchers: can be used only once (be the first
to find and use it!)
- permanent vouchers : c.f Entreprise Club
- private vouchers: they are nominative and will be sent
directly to customers as a loyalty recognition or as part
of a promotion campaign.
How to use them ?
To use a discount voucher, you only need to open your basket
ans enter the corresponding reference or code in the appropriate
field: "I want to use a promotional code". Then
click on "Update total " to validate the form
and display the discount: if the field turns to green,
then the code is valid. If it turns to red
instead, then the code
is not valid: it might have been used already or else cancelled
by us for some reason

Gift vouchers : advantages
Gift vouchers also have
a code associated to them and will be used like discount
vouchers but the difference is that it refers to a real
amount of monney in the sense that the customers paid for
them. Each reference is unique and secure since crypted.
If a gift voucher has been lost, then please contact us
immediately for us to cancel it. (C.F general

A gift voucher might be delivered in various
ways:
- within a registered letter, along with
a custom message if you wish so,
- within an email, along with a custom message
if you wish so,
- within electronic or postal mail to the buyer.

Note : gift vouchers are only avalable one year from the
date of purchase.
