Just
pass the cursor of your mouse over any available colour
and the corresponding model will appear.
Details on the right-hand side are only available for
the default model.
However, if you click any of those details, a new window
pops up displaying the model in its original size, i.e.
usually much bigger than any preview available on the
screen.
Please note that all sizes available in the drop-down
menus are being automatically updated according to stock
availability. Which means, if you can select such model
in such size and such colour, the item is available indeed.
Now just pass the cursor of your mouse over the thumbnails
on the right-hand side and you will get an automatic and
dynamic zoom on the corresponding detail.
If you click on it, a new window pops up with
a big screenshot of that detail that may take several
seconds to load.
Our
scroll-down gallery
A
scroll-down gallery is available on the left-hand side of
each page for all collections.
The aim is to provide a simple and quick overview of all
available models.
All you need to do is place the cursor of your mouse on
one of the thumbnails represented here by red rectangles:
on the upper one if you want to explore upwards or on the
lower one if you want to explore downwards.
If you get stuck on a model, just click on it to access
the web page dedicated to it.
Tip
with our search engine
Our
search engine allows you to find quite a lot of information
contained in our databases. As a plus, the engine also searches
a documentary database made available to you for any specific
query regarding the universe of cashmere.
Our tip
You can specify as a search criterium a keyword like 'red':
the hits returned will list all models available in this
colour, whichever collection it belongs to. Very handy search
by colour!
Your promotional code or gift voucher reference would not
get validated in your basket...
If
your promotional code or gift voucher reference would
not be recognized while validating your basket, one of
the following cause might apply:

Your code might have expired; please double check the
expiry date. Expired vouchers are lost.
- Your code might have been blocked by our Discount Service
if it was reported to us as lost or stolen. In such cases,
we block the promotional code or gift voucher reference
and supply the customer with a new one.
- Your code or voucher reference might have been used
fraudulently without your knowledge. Contact us, we will
check if it was used for a particular order.

Conditions to get aware of reallocation or compensation
modalities in case of a justified claim.
