All our products are guaranteed against
original defects such as bad stitching or knitting... You
may cancel Internet orders within 15 days in such case.
If you used gift vouchers as a means of
payment, you may exchange the defective product within 30
days.
You can send us a registered parcel containing
your product : before doing so, you will have to send your
request by email to us. If we consider your request is acceptable,
we will send you a return reference you will have to include
in your return parcel. Please be aware that, without such
a number we shall not accept any return. We take
care of delivery costs for your replacement product.
If you did not pay with gift vouchers,
you may get refund if you return the product within 7 working
days from the date stated on your invoice. You still need
to have your parcel registered and sent after your request
has been validated by our return number. The amount of the
returned product will be credited to the credit card used
for the order (to do so, we will need you to provide us
again with the number of that card).
Please be aware that, if you bought in credit,
no return or exchange will be accepted.
